Where I guest post about smut while outing myself as a smut writer

When I first started writing this blog, there were a few bloggers that I truly admired. I loved the way they wrote, I loved the way they interacted with their readers, and I loved the sheer volume of their blog – both in the number of posts they had, and in the diversity of comments that they received. These were bloggers who were smart, witty, funny, and well-loved.

At the top of the list was Kit of Blogging Dangerously . . . so to say that I’m humbled today, guest posting at her place is an understatement. I’ve been around enough to realize that most every blogger, no matter how “big” you may perceive them to be, is approachable . . . but Blogging Dangerously was, exactly, the type of blog that I wished I could have written. She writes about sex with need. She’s a kick-ass parent who writes, with good humor, about the trials that kids bring to the table. And, while it scares me to admit it from time to time, there are some weeks that #wineparty is the light at the end of the tunnel for me.

The reason that today’s post is a guest post is, well, because I’m writing a review of 50 Shades of Grey, and, somehow, it just didn’t feel right here – and My dark-side blog didn’t quite feel right, either. And Kit’s place did. So, please, hop on over and read my review of 50 Shades of Grey.
